For shower curtains, duffle bags, tents and tarps. For refills, use Dritz #1. Applies 3/8 Inch Brass Grommets. Test on swatch of fabric. For best results, use two or three layers of fabric, reinforced with interfacing.Instructions:Mark position of grommets on fabric.
