Product Overview

Shirt ruffles are perfect for costume shops or do-it-yourselfers. The front of the piece contains three double rows of ruffles, with navy blue trim stitching. The ruffles have a flap on the back that can be used to sew the piece in place. Or, you may chose to use Velcro, pins or another method to attach it to a shirt, or other item. The ruffles measure 6"w x 19 1/2"l and look best when placed over shirt buttons, starting the collar. CHEAPER BY THE 1/2 DOZEN!
